• No, there is absolutely no minimum order quantity for personalisation! Whether you're adding zips, mesh sides, custom names, or pockets, you can order just a single custom item for yourself or gear up the whole family
  
  

• Yes, we absolutely do! Our fully custom shirts are perfect for workwear, promotional gear, sports teams, or a special group trip. • Yes, if you are opting for a completely custom design, we require a minimum order quantity of 5 shirts per design.

•  Items in Stock: Will be dispatched within 2 business days from order.
•  Pre-Order items: approx. 8 weeks manufacture time, then dispatched within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
•  Combined orders: Stock items ordered together with pre-order items will be dispatched once the pre-order items arrive. If you would like your stock item dispatched in advance - add a note to your order and we can arrange an extra shipping fee and dispatch the stock items within 2 business days.
•  If you haven't received an email confirmation of your order or shipping update please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you haven't received confirmations, drafts or shipping details from us and we can resend them.

•  We use AusPost for shipping. Please check your shipping number for updates.
•  For standard post (business days) QLD 2-4 days, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA 4-6 days NT, TAS & WA 7-9 days.
•  We are based in Brisbane, Queensland and postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. * PLEASE NOTE - If you select Express post this only applies to the way your items are sent with Australia Post - It does not change the manufacturing time.

• We accept a wide variety of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, and direct bank deposits. For added convenience, we also offer "buy now, pay later" options through *ZipPay and *Afterpay.

Zip Pay. Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we'll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and charges subject to change. T&Cs apply.
