Personalised Items

** Please ensure you order the correct size and style and that you understand the turnaround times, as personalised items cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded for any reason including change of mind, size or delivery times.**

Please ensure all spelling is correct as we will copy this exactly for your order and errors cannot be fixed and these items are unable to be re-sold or changed. If it is found there is an error on our behalf, and you are able to provide photographic proof your item will be replaced asap.


Conditions

To be eligible for a return, returned apparel must be unwashed, unworn and in its original condition. Worn, washed or perfumed items will not be accepted.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are at the buyer’s expense and must be sent via tracked post as we cannot process items we have not received.

Refunds are assessed on individual application. A re-stock, administration and postal fee of 20% will be deducted.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Pre order or Custom items including anything that has a custom name is not refundable unless faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
