When will my order be sent out?

Items in Stock:Â Will be dispatched within 2 business days from order.

Pre-Order items: approx. 8Â weeks manufacture time, then dispatched within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

Combined orders:Â Stock items ordered together with pre-order items will be dispatched once the pre-order items arrive. If you would like your stock item dispatched in advance - add a note to your order and we can arrange an extra shipping fee and dispatch the stock items within 2 business days.
- We are based in Brisbane, Queensland and postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. * PLEASE NOTE - If you select Express post this only applies to the way your items are sent with Australia Post - It does not change the manufacturing time.
- If you haven't received an email confirmation of your order or shipping update, please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you haven't received confirmations, drafts or shipping details from us and we can resend them.
