Can I add a name to my Shirt? Yes you sure can names are printed into the actual design my our manufacturers takes approx 8 weeks.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends) for orders to be posted or available for pick up. If you need it sooner pls contact us ASAP on facebook or via email email@example.com. We do our very best to adhere to these time frames but there can sometimes be delays out of our control.
Do you sell eskies? Sorry we are no longer selling eskies you can buy them from Big Bear Coolers https://bigbearcoolers.com.au/ or contact them on facebook. Get in touch with them and grab a super popular pink or purple esky.

How long will my order take to arrive once shipped? *Pease note Australia Post has been experiencing delays please check you tracking for updates.
For standard post (business days) QLD 3-4 days, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA 5-6 days NT, TAS & WA 8-9 days.
Do you offer local pick up? You can save on the costs of shipping if you live locally in or around Cairns QLD you can collect your order. We are located in Bentley Park. Just select pick up at checkout and we will be in touch via email when your order is ready to be picked up ;)

We do our very best to adhere to these time frames but there can sometimes be delays out of our control.
We are based in Cairns, Queensland and postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. * PLEASE NOTE - If you select Express post this only applies to the way you items are sent with Australia Post
If you haven't received an email confirmation of your order or shipping update some email addresses have very high spam filters and may block our emails. If you have a hotmail or a live email account please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you haven't received confirmations, drafts or shipping details from us and we can resend them.
** Please ensure you order the correct size and style as personalised items cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded **
Please ensure all spelling is correct as we will copy this exactly for your order and errors cannot be fixed and these items are unable to be re-sold or changed. If it is found there is an error on our behalf and you are able to provide photographic proof your item will be replaced asap.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Pre order or Custom items including anything that has a custom name is not refundable unless faulty.
Change of mind for all items will include a 20% restock fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
